  • Please note that personalized or custom items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or exchange for another product. Since we operate with cash on delivery, direct cash refunds are not applicable.

Damaged or Defective Items
